To Whom it May Concern Grace has been the most amazing ayi for our family and l recommend her without hesitation.She has worked for us for 16 months and we have only let her go because COVID-19 is keeping usin New Zealand. Our kids (aged 3 and 1) are incredibly sad to be saying goodbye. l worked only part time while Grace was with our family, so l spent quite a bit of time with her myself and she was such a lovely cheerful person to spend time with Grace has been wonderful for our family in so many ways, but the main one has been her bond with our children.She has a great balance of having fun with them but also making sure they do althe important things (eat vegqies, wash hands, get to bed etc).She does all kinds of fun thingswith them like painting, music and dumpling making.She arranges playdates.She speaks good Enalish but has also tauaht both the kids Chinese. Cooking is another area of strenath for Grace. We like Chinese food so she mostly cooked that for us. But she can cook Western dishes too. She was happy to shop for what was needed or just make the best of what was in the fridge.We did some entertaining at home for my husband's job and Grace was a big help with that too, setting the table, making salads, etc and she has an amazna talent with arranaing flowers. When she was first with us, I was still breastfeeding our youncest and she was very supportive, knew how to warm up expressed mik, sterilise bottles and so on. Grace was also very efficient with the usual household tasks of laundry and dishes and she always kept the house very tidy. She was good at sorting through the kids' clothes as they outgrew them and liaising with our apartment complex to get small repairs done around the house. In the year she was with us Grace took hardly any sick leave and she was never late. I completey trusted her with the kids. Other families who saw her out and about with our children always said what a great job she was doing, she was always very engaged in playing with them or watching them.
