This is a recommendation letter for Susan. Susan worked with us for two months when our second child (Daughter) was born. It was an absolute pleasure to have Susan at home to take care of our baby. She was very gentle, caring and loving to all of us and took good care of our baby - she treated Mikaela like her own daughter. She was open and adapted to our ways of taking care of newborns without any hesitation (something which is not very common among Chinese nannies). She has a cheerful and lively personality and has a smile on her face at all times. She was honest, diligent and punctual throughout her stay with us. She can speak, read and write excellent English. She helped us with all household chores though it was not part of her agreed duties. She loves to learn new things especially cooking and baking.
